The room at Tam Coc White Swan Homestay was cozy and comfortable, with a great mountain view from the balcony. It had a kitchen equipped with a fridge, which was handy for storing snacks and drinks. The bed was super comfortable with premium bedding, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool.

Personally, I found the private entrance in the single room to be a bit inconvenient. Others might still enjoy the privacy it offers though.

We had an incredible stay at a homestay in Tam Coc. The family running the place was so friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, providing helpful advice and delicious local food. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we even had free access to motorbikes and bikes. it was a fantastic experience and we highly recommend this homestay.

language barrier

The family was very welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home during our stay. They provided us with plenty of water and the breakfast served was delicious. the location of the homestay was perfect as it offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, away from the city center.

there was no TV in the room, which was a bit disappointing as we wanted to relax and unwind after a long day. the AC in our room was not functioning properly, sometimes working and sometimes not.

I recently stayed at Tim's homestay in Tam Coc for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The family who owns the homestay was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate effectively using Google translate. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. The location of the homestay was also great, with plenty of cafes and bars nearby. The meals prepared by the family were delicious and just as good as any restaurant. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Tim's homestay.

The location of the homestay is a bit far from the center of town, but they offer affordable scooter and bicycle rentals, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the family is extremely friendly and welcoming, providing a comfortable and spacious room for our stay.

The water pump on the top floor can be a bit noisy, especially for light sleepers. Nonetheless, the overall hospitality and atmosphere of the homestay more than make up for this small inconvenience.
